Had a date night w/ the Hubby last night!  (beams)

We went to see Glenn Beck.  Not only does he make alot of sense, hes actually quite funny.  We had a great time.

Hhmmm lets see ... The hubbys car finally gave up the ghost, so to speak.  Hes now the proud owner of a car note.  Heh!  Its a PT Cruiser - kinda funny b/c the next day we heard about Chrysler going under.  Ive been in it a couple times, and it seeems OK.  Im just glad he has a reliable car.  Ashtma is under control finally.  The cough etc was sooo distracting.  It kept me from doing much of anything.  If I wasnt at work, I was at home, and even had to miss a couple days of that.  I didnt want to go out incase of an attack - awkward to start coughing and hacking while in a full restaurant or shopping or in a movie.  Ppl wouldnt know its ashtma and just assume Im crud ridden, and get annoyed and wonder why I wasnt at home if Im sick ... My printer is outa ink.  Meh!  Means a unwanted trip to Staples or OfficeMax. Oh! Chocolate (Thai movie)= Amazing!!! Jeje Yanin is incredible. Been dealing w/ a nasty cough for the last 3 weeks or so, so thats my excuse for not posting alot.  :)  Combine it w/ a bit of nausea, muscle weakness, headaches - you know, the basic flu-like crap.  It seems like the whole entire world is one big germ, right now.  lol  Not that its funny, but, seriously, whats going on???  I was on antibiotics for like 10 days, which didnt do much, and Im worried about going back to Patient First.  I mean, who knows who might be there infected w/ what?!  Gah! 

Did end up having a good weekend, though.  The Ravencon convention was in Richmond, and I had a table. Saturday was fine, about what I expected, but Sunday was slow.  Very slow.  lol  Ah well.  Made a couple connections, and did have a few sales, interest etc. on Saturday.  So, never a loss cause.  Besides, it was located like 10 min away, literally, so ...     

Yet again, needing to say that Im still almost rdy to print out rough draft of CB 2.  Im still really wanting to have it finsihed for Oct.  Would be wonderful to take copies home w/ me at Thanksgiving.

I hate when you think youre prepared for something - you believe youre rdy - then have an epic fail, b/c what was actually required, wasnt what you anticipated.  (sighs)

All I can do I guess, is take it as a learning exp, and move on.  Hopefully learn from it, and move on.  I know I can press on, and look for other oportunities, but .. meh.  I swear, I havent done anything the easy way in my life, I dont think.

Ok, had no idea what to expect w/ The Watchmen, and Im still scratching my head, w/ what it is I actually saw.  The msg seems kinda Liberal to me, though.   Although they did kinda make the guy out to be like an Al Gore, and made him kinda like a Terrorist, so .... maybe its good ??  muahaha  Yes, I watch and love my Fox News Channel

Oh - figured out the short story thing from Lulu - so I can do them as a separate download only thingy.  Will update the Site for it - Ok w/ the T.S. Site, but really, really miss the one for my writing w/ all the fluttering faeries.  The one I use for my writing Now, is not impressive in the least.  Contents there, but in no way pretty.  Will try to get the stuff I need to possibly FTP the 1st Site I had  from my old comp - think the files are still there.  Will just need to hope bravenet will place nice w/ them hehe
And please, from either Site, and this blog, you can reg to be updated when I post a new entry.  Com'on you cant get enough of me, you know it!  hahaha

Wow - crazy snowing  goodness!  Good news, I got to take off on Monday, grumpy causing news is that Im replacing the hours.  Dont want to lose the OT hours Im putting in.  Silly me forgot to get pics, and of course now everything is melting.  Bleh.  That is a good thing, though.  Wont complain if we get some gorgeous Spring weather out there.

Had a great supper out w/ Tizzrah, and her hubby last Sat.  Thanks guys!  Quite enjoyed.    Its always nice to hang out, and catch up w/ the awesome fluffies that own them.   hehe

Got my copy of my Short Story Collection in the mail.  (I ordered one as a 'proof' to take another look at it.  Although I 'approved' it, I really didnt like the formatting at all - the print was too small.  I shouldnt have let it pass, but, at the time, I didnt know how to correct it. All that crap is done at my end.  And w/o any real marketing, I wasnt worried about a zillion copies going out b/f I felt it was finished.  lol

My DVR messed up, and I now no longer have Mary Poppins, or The Wizard of Oz saved.  (Cries)  We also had the WoW episode of Soutpark saved too.  Ugh!

Anyway, lunch is almost over.

Woot!

My stuff came in!  They are really quick, I must say.  The poster is great, and the keychains are great, but the pens have a slight issue.  Ive already called, and they took care of it right away, and the corrected pens are already on their way.

This week is going by way fast.   IMO  Im off tomorrow and very much going to enjoy it.  I really need to clean up some crap on the DVR.  Yeah I actually watch The Clone Wars, on the Cartoon Network.  Once a Star Wars fan ...  Heh!

I have an idea for a YouTube video - if / when I do it, Ill post, incase anyone is interested. 

Good news!  Found out yesterday that I got a table at Ravencon in Richmond, VA, at the end of April.  It was really odd how it happened; I was talking  to Tizzrah about DragonCon, and it made me think about looking online for anything in the area, and voila!!

Already ordered my stuff at VistaPrint IE: keychains, pens and a poster.  Will order my books when I get my next check.
Gotta love todays economy.  Heh!

Now if I can just get someone to do a WoW intervention for me, life would be grand.

Started working on another short story - or maybe it may turn on to be bigger.  A novel that isnt fantasy, exactly, would be new for me.   I dont understand your world or its people, so writing about it is difficult.   lol 

Finally, I think, Im ready to finish working on Creator Born 2 - guess I was working on some personal stuff.  I still am, but I know I need to, at least, if nothing else, to say Ive accomplished it.  I found a place that does do mugs, but theyre expensive, Meh!  lol  If the world doesnt end, might be something to do once I get a couple bills paid off.  Money sucks, or at least the lack-there-of.

The hubby and I went to lunch on Weds for VDay.  We were both off, so, it was just easier.  We found a new series we like, but, so far have only seen the pilot.  Lie to Me.  Uhmm think its on Fox.  Medium started again.  Yay!

I think my Guild on WoW is going poof.  (pouts)  Ill miss the Guild chat.  hehe  The hubbys offered to get me into his, but, they actually raid and do stuff.  (shivers)  They expect results! Ill give you hint of what Im looking for in a Guild - the name of the one Im in now is called, Cazual Gamerz.  (girns)
Hope my muse and I are connecting again.  What are the Charmed Ones doing!  Remember that episode?? Oh nevermind ...  muahahaha
